- A 50% deposit required upfront, before any work is commenced
- The remaining 50% to be paid upon delivery
- All payments received are non refundable in the event that the project or relationship is terminated for any reason
- After the deposit is paid, Lucy in the Sky Jewels will commence work, if we do not receive sufficient communication from your end and continue the progress of the project within the 3 months the project will be terminated and no refund given
Lucy in the Sky Jewels is delighted that you chose a special jewel from us. We are sure it will bring you joy for many years to come however on the rare occasion that you are not 100% satisfied you are welcome to return the piece to Lucy in the Sky Jewels for a full refund or exchange. The Lucy in the Sky Jewels returns policy excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements, personalised items and Lucy in the Sky Jewels Gift Cards. Please ensure when returning the jewel that you return it in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and all certificates, guarantees and valuations. Your returned piece will be checked by our gemmologists and jewellers on return to ensure the piece is in original undamaged condition and verify its authenticity. If you would like to return a piece, please contact us as soon as possible and ensure to return the unworn item to us within 30 days. If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory
obligations to provide a remedy.Please refer to Australian Consumer Law that says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If you believe your items are faulty you may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement but Lucy in the Sky Jewels must be notified within 30 days of goods received.

Please note we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. this means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Lucy in the Sky Jewels but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This doe not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be issued by direct transfer to your chosen bank account within 14 days.
Are subject to our current lay-by policy issued to you at the time of commencement.
There are certain types of rings that we are unable to re-size. Depending on the metal and style of the ring, for example whether it has a design or stones set around the band, it may not be possible for us to adjust it. With this in mind, please ensure your ring is unworn if you require a difference size as we may need to exchange it.
In the event of a custom order where Lucy in the Sky Jewels is able to measure the recipients finger the piece will be ordered to that size. If the finger size is deemed to be measure incorrectly Lucy in the Sky Jewels will cover the cost of resize, however, if the client provides a size and it is deemed incorrect, Lucy in the Sky Jewels will not be held responsible for any costs associated with resizing.
We believe that all our jewels are of the highest quality and will guarantee them against manufacturing defects. this guarantee will be honoured by Lucy in the Sky Jewels, but does not cover general wear and tear, resizing or polishing and plating.
Our Guarantee Agreement conditions are that you bring your Lucy in the Sky Jewellery in for a complimentary clean and check once every 6 months (and once in the first 3 months) to ensure the overall well being of your piece. Even the hardiest pieces will require a little maintenance. Maintenance may sometimes be required on your Lucy in the Sky creations especially if you are wearing it every day, to keep them looking their best. Your six-monthly visits to one of our boutiques will allow us to advise you best on any maintenance that may be required.
